Physical Therapy Services:

Evaluation/First Visit - $200

Follow Up Appointments - $150

I am an out-of-network provider with all insurances with the exception of Medicare, which will be billed similarly to that of a regular physician's office. For clients with any other insurance provider, a fee-for-service model is used. The client pays an up-front flat rate and receives all necessary receipts to submit for reimbursement through their benefits provider. For your convenience in navigating this process, a worksheet will be provided that will guide your conversation with your insurance company prior to scheduling your first visit.

Private Birth Prep Class:

​

1.5 Hours - $200

​

This class is with the birthing mother, birth partner(s) and myself in my clinic. It is designed to give focused information on the birth process, physical and mental coping strategies to alleviate stress and implement coping strategies into the birthing space.
